Andi Clark is a registered nurse and senior healthcare executive who is committed to mentoring and supporting nurses and nurse leaders to improve their career, quality of life and the patients they serve. Andi is a visionary and is committed to injecting creativity, curiosity and innovation into the lives of nurses everywhere.
Andi’s vast experience includes her time as the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) of Synergy Health Care Solutions and CNO for Consulate Health Care where she ensured quality care and positive outcomes for the patients while ensuring the nurses in her care were dedicated to knowledge, integrity and compassion.
Andi has also worked as a consultant and was the Senior Vice President of Clinical Services at Golden Living for 13 years. At Golden Living, Andi was responsible for 30,000 patients across 24 states. She directed the clinical education and competency for 8,000 nurses and 14,000 certified nursing assistants. She also served as a member of the Golden Living Board of Directors.
Andi’s vast experience inspired her to create the Kaleidoscope Coaching programs so she could provide personalized, concierge mentorship and support to new and established Chief Nursing Officers and Directors of Nursing. Andi’s goal is to bring creativity and joy to nursing while getting back to the basics of patient care.
