As a nurse with a career history in SNF/post-acute care, I've experienced the fulfillment and success of nursing and the loneliness, frustration, and reflection that comes with it. I understand the dedication nurses have towards serving their patients, the emotional toll it can take on them and the demands of nursing in the post-acute care industry. That is why I believe in investing in nurses who have journeyed through the pandemic and those who are finding their way to make a difference despite the many hurdles they face. I’m here to listen to their experiences, hopes, frustrations, aspirations, and the joys and pride that being a nurse has brought them and help them return to their “why” as they reimagine their career with curiosity and purpose. Together, we can collaborate to provide education and strategies for nurses with our hearts and souls dedicated to the patients we serve.
